Introduction to the Good News by Luke
هذا هو الكتاب الثالث من الإنجيل الشريف، كما أوحى به الله إلى البشير لوقا. وهو يعرض سيرة السيد المسيح وخدمته العامّة حتى صعوده إلى السماء. وقد علَّم المسيح سبيل الصلاح بكلامه وقدوته، كما هو وارد في الإنجيل. قال عيسى إنه «جَاءَ لِكَيْ يَبْحَثَ عَنِ الْهَالِكِينَ وَيُنْقِذَهُمْ» (لوقا 19:10). وبشارة الإنجيل هي أنَّ الله يقدّم لجميع البشر مغفرة الخطايا، وعطيّة الروح القدوس، وحياة الخلود في مملكته المجيدة (الجنّة). فمن يتوبوا عن عيشتهم الخاطئة ويُودِعوا عيسى المسيح إيمانهم ويعتبروه مولاهم ومُنقِذهم، يحصلوا على هذه البركات.
This is the third book of the Gospel, as God revealed it to the Evangelist Luke. It presents the biography of the Lord Christ and his public ministry until he ascended to heaven. The Messiah taught the way of righteousness by his words and example, as recorded in the Gospel. He said he “came in order to seek out those who are perishing and save them.” (Luke 19:10). The Good News of the Gospel is that God offers all people forgiveness of sins, the gift of the Holy Spirit, and eternal life in his heavenly kingdom (Paradise). Those who repent of their sinful life and put their faith in Jesus the Messiah, regarding him as their Lord and Savior, will obtain these blessings.
